Sustainability is not something that a construction firm adds to their organization like a painter might add another color to their palette. Sustainable construction is a core value at Charles Perry Partners, Inc.
The results of this commitment have produced:
- 1.5+ million square feet of sustainable projects
- 1st LEED Platinum project in Florida
- 30+ LEED projects
- 50+ LEED Accredited Professionals
- 5+ Green Globes Professionals
At CPPI stewardship of the environment is woven throughout the texture of our entire organization. It is a commitment made by the principals of the firm and executed along the front lines during preconstruction and on the job site.
CPPI considers green design and construction to be a good business practice. As active members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and Green Globes, we are well versed in the delivery of sustainable projects. However, the focus of our efforts is not centered on chasing sustainable “credits” but rather on incorporating truly sustainable components and practices in the construction of the built environment.
Every project offers different challenges as well as opportunities. The CPPI team begins the process by developing a comprehensive strategy based on the unique characteristics of the site and building program.
Our strategies focus on:
- Conservation of Energy
- Conservation of Water Resources
- Quality of Indoor Environment
- Minimization of Fossil Fuels
- Reduction of Carbon Footprint
CPPI considers our commitment to sustainable construction to be a social responsibility and the principals of the firm set the course to be a leader in this area both now and into the future.
