|Owner/Client||University of Central Florida|
|Project Size||19,747 SF|
The University of Central Florida's (UCF) state-of-the-art Technology Commons was designed to meet the collaborative learning needs of 21st-century students and faculty. Totaling 19,747 sq. ft., the $2.1M first-floor transformation vastly improved UCF's Computer Center I and II Buildings into a highly attractive and functional space. The Technology Commons features a technology product center, video recording and editing suite, technology service center, and a cafe featuring Seattle's Best Coffee. We began demolition in April 2011 and completed the project on-schedule and within budget on January 9, 2012.
