Description

PPI recently completed the first phase of a PreK-5 School in West Columbia County. The school is a 896 student station prototype design from BRPH Architects.

The first phase of the school consists of four one-story classroom buildings, an administrative  and media center building and a cafeteria/kitchen building totaling approximately 76,905 square feet.

This project marked the first time that Columbia County Schools has used Construction Management at risk services. PPI was selected during the early planning stages of the project to aid in the decision making process for the overall master plan of the campus.
