| Description | The new Patient Tower and Cardiology Renovation project consists of a 116,380 sf 4-story, 90 bed patient tower, which features a 12 Position Level II NICU. The first floor of the tower will include parking and a small public elevator lobby, while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors will contain patient beds. In addition to the new tower, the project will incorporate a three-level horizontal expansion to the Women’s Center parking garage adding 98 spaces and 25,106 sf of renovations to the 1st Floor Cardiology Department to include the addition of a cath lab, and the relocation of Non-Invasive Cardiology and Nuclear Medicine. |
