| Description | The OPMC ED Expansion consists 13,168 SF Addition to the existing Facility's Emergency Department that will be turned over for a phased 14,125 SF renovation to the existing Emergency Department. A new 1,356 SF 2nd Floor mechanical Penthouse will be added to the new addition to house the new AHU and mechanical equipment for the project. Sitework for the project includes parking lot improvements and a new heli-pad for the Facility. An additional 2,890 SF of exterior canopies will be added for a new Ambulance Entrance and walkways for the new ED entrance. |
