There are 57 club homes and villas with 21 different floor plans ranging in size from 1,690 to 2,350 square feet. A 70,000 square foot common area features a performing arts center, art studio, business and computer center, bank, convenience store, hair salon and barber shop. The 22,000 square foot fitness center incorporates wellness programs, two heated pools, massage and physical therapy facilities, and cardiovascular and strength training equipment. |
