| Description | In 2001, North Florida Regional Medical Center began a two-phase expansion of its facilities completed in April 2005. The two phases consisted of a 144,438 square foot addition and a 55,000 square feet renovation. The renovation included the first floor main lobby area, second floor surgical suites and PACU area, third floor relocation of the ICU and fourth floor outpatient surgery staging rooms and special procedures suite. |
