| Description | The 7th Floor vertical expansion at North Florida Regional Medical Center featured a 21,000 square foot addition of a 47-bed medical/surgery suite and an eighth floor mechanical penthouse. The renovation portion of the project adds 5,000 square feet of interior space to include upgrades to the existing building allowing high rise compliancy as it relates to Florida Building Code. The high rise modifications include upgrades to the fire alarm system, smoke evacuation, windows, pressurization of interior and exterior stairwells, fire protection system, elevators, and kitchen renovations. |
