| Description | The 5th & 6th Floor Addition and 2nd Floor Bed Renovation at North Florida Regional Medical Center is a 52,269 vertical expansion of the existing West Surgical Tower and a renovation of the existing 2nd Floor Dialysis area. The project adds 28 licensed beds to the overall hospital campus including 24 new CCU rooms on the 5th Floor of the Surgical Tower. The 6th Floor addition will house new mechanical equipment to serve both the existing floors and the new floors. The 2nd Floor renovation will result in a total of 12 patient rooms. |
