Description

This project in downtown Tavares provides new offices for County Officials, as well as additional parking spaces for the Judicial Center.

Phase I of the Lake County Judicial Center complex consisted of three major components. The 320 Office Building, Parking Garage and Central Energy Plant. The 320 office building will house the County Tax Collector and the County Property Appraisers office. The Parking Garage is an eight story precast parking facility that will accommodate 1800 vehicles. The Central Energy Plant will produce the HVAC Chilled water systems to service the existing courthouse facility and is sized to for future capacity as the Courthouse is expanded.
