Description	The Hunter’s Creek Elementary School project consisted of: replacement buildings, remodeling, renovations, and additions to selected existing Hunter’s Creek Elementary School buildings to provide improved facilities to house educational programs which met Orange County Public School’s design criteria standards and to eliminate all existing Life Safety/Fire code deficiencies. The project required phased construction planning. It included: demolition, site work, landscaping and irrigation, assessment and improvement of existing parking areas, and renovation of existing underground utilities. The work may also include interior demolition, renovations, and remodeling of selected existing campus buildings and systems; and the construction of new additions and replacement buildings. The work included approximately 52,202 GSF of new construction. It also includes approximately 25,558 GSF of interior demolition, renovations, and remodeling of the existing administration, multi-purpose/dining, art/music, and media center buildings.
