Description	The Groveland Elementary School project included a new two-story classroom building with administration offices. The original 50-year-old single story administration and classroom building on the site was demolished and the new facility was built at the front of the campus. The main parking lot and bus loop were also reconfigured during this phase of the project. Three of the existing classroom buildings were renovated, while work at the existing classroom buildings included new roofing, HVAC systems, electrical systems, ceiling finishes and floor finishes. Once all construction was completed, the campus had the appearance of a brand new facility.
