| Description | As the premiere Toyota dealership in North Central Florida, this new facility includes a 20,000 square foot showroom, 15,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of parts retail and storage and a 25,000 square foot climate controlled Service Building. Construction consists of cast-in-place concrete footings, concrete block walls, structural steel columns and beams. The roof system consists of metal joists, deck, lightweight concrete and 3-ply built up. Exterior finish systems are Aluminum Composite Panels and 3-coat stucco. The service area consists of 39 in-ground lifts; various specialty service equipment and car wash with underground water reclaim system. MEP & FP work includes a fully fire sprinklered building, below slab exhaust evacuation system in Service Area, Carbon Monoxide monitoring system in Service Area linked to roof-top fans and Rapid Roll overhead doors to quickly evacuate Carbon Monoxide if detected. |
