| Description | The Flagler County Administration Building was developed as a joint use project between the Flagler County School Board and Flagler County government. The three story building consists of approximately 137,000 GSF built of tilt wall concrete and structural steel. The project is located in Bunnell, Florida within a master planned government complex. The partnership of the School Board and County Government created some economies through the sharing of certain spaces. Common spaces include lobby and circulation space, an auditorium that will serve for County Commission meetings and School Board Meetings as well as common parking and site work. The Administration Building program provides space for the County Administrator, Office of Management and Budget, Supervisor of Elections, Property Appraiser and Building Department. The School Board program includes space for the Superintendent of Schools, Personnel, Technical Services, Construction Services and Training. |
