General Contracting
CPPI is a fully licensed, insured, and bondable commercial general contractor. As GC, we provide owners with a traditional design–bid–build structure. We join your project team near the end of the design phase. Our team performs GC assignments on both a negotiated and bid basis. We offer cost-plus models, negotiated guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and lump sum arrangements.

Design Build
With our design-build service, CPPI is the single point of contact on the project and is responsible for both design and construction.
