Charles Perry Partners, Inc. maintains the same “personal” roots developed by our founder, Charles R. “Chuck” Perry, back in 1968. Perry strived to build a family within his company, and was known to listen to his staff when they talked about their lives, and knew the names of their children and their spouses. Perry promoted holiday picnics and parties, and believed everyone who worked at his company had a role in its success.
CPPI still operates in this same fashion, and carries on Perry’s legacy of caring for its employees and their families. We encourage our staff to get involved in their local communities, and to help one another grow and succeed, much like Perry did throughout his lifetime.
