Charles Perry Partners, Inc. (CPPI) is a professional general contracting, design-build, and construction management firm with Florida offices in Orlando, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Vero Beach and Tampa; and an office in Athens, Georgia. Since 1968, CPPI has established a tradition of excellence by providing an impressive array of services for public and private sector clients, including healthcare, educational, commercial, government, and institutional clients. CPPI’s services range from project planning, budget estimating, cost management, project scheduling and construction. CPPI is a leader in sustainability, and is dedicated to the communities in which we serve.
